Wing Haven Lecture Series

“Every plant has a story, just like every human being has a story. And that story needs to be told” – Ryan Gainey.
Help us kick off our 2020 Lecture Series during a showing of “The Well-Placed Weed: The Bountiful Life of Ryan Gainey” on January 2. We’ll be staying cozy indoors while it is chilly out, enjoying popcorn and learning about the life and complexities of Ryan Gainey. Enjoy the full feature film (the original 78-minute theatrical version of the film, a different version than the 54-minute edit that was broadcast on PBS) and plan to engage in a facilitated discussion afterward.
